Mixture of granola, Grape Nuts, & Smart Start cereals, with
1 oz chopped mixed nuts and
skim milk

SNACK
1/2 oz Goldfish
1/2 c. grapes

LUNCH
Quarter-pounder with cheese 
Large fries

SUPPER
Bun salad

SNACK
Snickers bar
