1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1 oz. chopped mixed nuts
LUNCH
Stuffed Sandwich, extra bread pulled off and discarded
SNACK
1 Fuji apple w/ 1 wedge Laughing Cow lite Swiss
SUPPER
4 oz pork tenderloin, sauteed in drizzle of olive oil and fresh ginger
1 c. Sarah's Tostada topping mixture (spinach, sweet potato, corn, black beans)
1 c. green beans
